Refund and Returns Policy Overview

At BD Safety Solutions, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality safety solutions and products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our refund and returns policy.

 

 

Returns  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the return eligibility criteria.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Certain items, such as customized, perishable, or clearance products, may not be eligible for returns.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to process any return. 

 

 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

 

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at -bdsafetysolutions7@gmail.com and Call Us at +8801841833863. 

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) due to hygiene reasons.

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

  • Customized or special-order products. 

 

 

Return Process

  2. Pack the item securely, including all accessories and documentation.

  3. Ship the package to the return address provided by our team.

  4. Once received, we will process your refund or exchange.

 

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was incorrect or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as BD Safety Solutions is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
